PetSmart

I adopted my forever friend, Goose, from Cat's Cradle at this Pet Smart. The volunteers and store staff were all top notch. Thank you all for helping these animals find homes.

I wish they would have an easier system for scanning all of the cans of wet pet food because it can take forever. Haha but everyone who works there is always so nice and the store stays super clean! It's my favorite Petsmart by far.

My parents dog was hit by a car and her leg was broken. My dad brought her to petsmart. They changed the price they wanted to charge him several times so eventually he was over it and after going back and forth with the RUDE associates in there he said he wasn’t bringing her back there. THEY CALLED THE POLICE ON HIM. My father is in his 60s with heart problems and you have the NERVE to send police over to their house because a car hit her. RIDICULOUS. If you take it low my dad will take it to hell and I’m the same way. Don’t be disrespectful if you can take it back. And he told that officer the SAME THING HE TOLD YALL HE DOESNT HAVE TO BRING HER BACK THERE IF HE DOESNT WANT TO. And guess what they left and they still have their dog. Ketchups first time at pet smart and first time at the groomers. He did surprisingly well. He’s a skirmish little/big guy and can sometimes get overwhelmed by his anxiety to the point where he lose all sense of commands. The ladies in the grooming salon were so understanding especially since I showed up the day before my actual appointment. They took me anyways! He’s a lover and loves to be loved. They exceeded my expectations. Especially since it’s a first on all points for both of us. Thank you sooooo much for being understanding and tending to my big guy.

I don’t go out of my way to post reviews, but the girl that took care of Gracie did an amazing job. I’ve never had a bad experience with her or my boy when I took him as a puppy. I’ve dealt with 5 of the staff working at the salon and I’m embarrassed because I can’t remember their names, but they do an amazing job every time!!! Thank you guys so much for amazing work!
