Took my dogs for an anal expression. The front was really quick and sweet. However, I couldn’t stop but feel bad for a dog there. I understand that with some poodles you may be advised to pluck the hair in the ear canals. This woman was holding the dog’s head and going for it for minutes at a time. The dog was trying to be good and kept yelping. No compassion or anything, she just seemed bothered. I am never taking my dogs back because of this.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience... I scheduled a grooming appointment for my two Golden Doodles today at 7 a.m. at this location. From 6:45 a.m. to 7:10 a.m., I stood outside the front door ringing the doorbell for 25 minutes with no answer. A PetSmart employee sat in his car in the parking lot, watching me the entire time. He only opened the doors at 7:10 a.m., even though the grooming salon hours are from 7 a.m. The PetSmart grooming employee arrived at 7:05 a.m. and slowly made her way to follow the other employee to open the door at 7:10 a.m. I find this level of customer service unacceptable. It's Monday morning, and some customers have to work, yet large corporations like yours no longer prioritize the customer by being ready 15 minutes prior to appointments to provide exc

Jen the groomer manager is awesome! My baby is 12 years old and very scared of everything since she is blind! Jen is so sweet takes her tome to make sure princess is comfortable and does an amazing job!

Nice wide selection of items for a variety pets. Only pet place that's near by me that has animals. I don't like the management of the store, I went there not too long ago to see if I could pet the hamsters but now we can't pet them? There's no one around the store when I need help, barely see more than one person. Stuff is pricey depending on what your getting.
