PetSmart

I visited this PetSmart on Saturday 12/6 and again on Monday 12/8 and THE SAME DEAD BETTAS were on display. Obviously these fish were not fed in 3 days, otherwise the staff would have noticed these poor fish dead and rotting in their tiny cups. This is unacceptable and VERY DISTURBING to my child and me since they are for sale right when you walk in the door. (Yes we checked to make sure they were deceased). Just stop selling these fish completely, they are never cared for properly and you charge a ridiculous amount of money for them. They are DEPRESSED, STARVING FREEZING BY THE FRONT DOOR THIS TIME OF YEAR and FAILING TO THRIVE and you allow all of it. This is cruel and pretty gross too. DO BETTER!

Me and my father stopped in for my cat that needed some medicine wet cat food. I walked up to a man i believe his name was Dave or David but he was very very helpful and he walked me over to the product that I needed ... nice man good output and kindness .But the problem we had they only have one variety which it comes in 3kinds but everything looked clean also and the man that help us did the cashier also . Thank sir for being kind and caring . SINCERELY: KEVIN AND TOMWE WILL COME BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN..

The staff here are always offering their help! They always get me right to the products I need for my kids guinea pigs. I almost took my kids guinea pig to the vet for a cold that you could hear in her lungs. It's their favorite guinea pig. Something emergent came up and I rescheduled her visit for the next day. Meanwhile, I bought HOMEOPET-STUFFY NOSE from here and this product was so amazing that it got Biscuit better within 2 days!!! They carry great high-quality products here. Thank you for saving Biscuit a visit to the vet PetSmart! I shared some photos of the guinea pigs! We actually have 11 of them! They are the best and sweetest little pets ever! So grateful and peaceful. They just love treats!

Purchased two parakeets recently. Going on two weeks ago this Friday. 01/23/2026. A blue and white one. The white one died in 6 days!!! No sign of sickness, very cuddly and active! I will not purchase another thing from petsmart, let alone a LIVING THING! Fyi I still have my receipt!!

My pick of store to feed our cat that Santa brought 19 years ago (LOL) until his passing recently. Also excellent place to grab pet fish for beginners. I often buy food here to donate for stay animals. They offer many discounts. Staff will ask your needs to help save money.
