Twice at 2 different stores. I think they are inexperienced or need training. My girl has come back looking like I groomed her and I def don't know how to! Tinley Park ( mgr does not return calls) and Matteson (this time a cigar smoking groomer). Stinks. 😕
TONYA IS AWESOME. Got me on the PetSmart app and gave me the whole rundown. Manager material all day, immediately got $16 in rewards on my first purchase !
I have been visiting PetSmart for over two years now. I started out as a fish mom. In may I became a fur baby mom. I'm always greeted with a smile and how can I help you today. I love the variety of pet supplies. The location is near my home. I can buy fish food and get my dog groomed all in the same place. PetSmart is great.
Very friendly and professional. Love this store.
Very rude! Customer service is non-existence very rude. I never had a issue at any other before, but obviously training is the key here.
