Never shopping here again, which is unfortunate because it’s close to my house. We boarded our dog for a week here and he came back with a staph infection on his testicles. Not sure he got it from here, but it is fishy. Then, my husband and I had decided to adopt a betta fish, so I went to this store, mistakenly thinking I should give them a second chance. I chose a fish, took her to the counter for them to hold her for me while I gathered supplies, and while I was doing so, some very young employee comes up to me and I guess sees the bowl I have for the fish in my hand and says, rather rudely, “So you want to get a fish? We require at least a 2.5 gallon tank for bettas.” With a look in her eye like “What do you think you’re doing?” And I’m just standing there surprised, feeling like I’ve

Very disappointing experience. Our regular groomer is no longer there, so we had to try the new groomer. Unfortunately, they did a terrible job grooming my Goldendoodle. It seems like they don’t know how to properly cut Goldendoodle hair, which requires specific grooming techniques. The haircut looks uneven and poorly done, and my dog’s coat is completely messed up. I trusted them with my pet, and I’m extremely disappointed with the results. I would not recommend this place, especially if you have a Goldendoodle.

Decent Customer service and decent stock. However, I do not recommend getting betta fish from here. They all looked like they had gill or fin infections. They are in separate cups, like most other pet stores, but this location is not changing the betta fish's water on a routine schedule based on water and fish observations. Laziness or pure negligence on the part of the store associate. I have been to other PetSmart locations, and usually they are not this bad. I brought two bettas, at different times from this location, and despite my desperate attempt to rescue them, they still didn't make it. Another time, I brought a gorgeous yellow canary. The associate clearly didn't know how to catch the bird in a gentle manner, and within two months the bird passed away unexpectedly, with no physic

Man, I will never bring my dog back here she got out the groomer She just still doesn’t smell good smell like dog and she didn’t have a Bow. When I go to the groomer I want her to look picture ready when she leave and they didn’t even give her a bow. No scarf, no sash nothing The lady said it’s because they have to pay for it themselves so if we want one we have to ask that’s unheard of

I stopped in for a quick pickup of a couple of items for my cats. The employee in the front was friendly, pleasant and helpful. I got what I needed and didn't have to wait for a long time. Thank you!!
