Amy was absolutely wonderful helping my family pick out the perfect fish! She took her time explaining everything we needed to know, from the different species to how to properly care for them. Her knowledge was impressive, and she made the whole experience fun and stress-free. We left feeling confident and excited thanks to her guidance. Highly recommend Amy when doing a starter fish set up!

If I could leave zero stars I would. The manager on duty today around noon is incredibly rude. When I asked for assistance with finding an item she rolled her eyes and didn’t even respond, just walked away. There is zero reason to be so intentionally rude to a complete stranger. This is especially so when you’re holding a managerial position at a company who’s success is measured in customer satisfaction.

Brought in two coupons to use for some cat litter and the manager was absolutely the most difficult to help me get the product I was being gifted for free by the company, I the eventually I got the litter but man she had the worst attitude about the whole thing. Their shelf price was higher than the online price as well so they were trying to overcharge me initially so I would have fees at the end but that was incorrect. One of the bags I got had a hole in it which she didn't seem to care about was dumping it all over the counter wouldn't let me get a different bag also... its like she was mad that I was being given free product to try... very unprofessional.

I took my Goldendoodle here for the first time today and was very satisfied with the service. They followed my grooming request exactly, the staff was friendly, the prices were very reasonable, and the whole process was quick and easy. I definitely recommend them if you’re looking for grooming services in Manhattan!

Horrible customer service a week ago. I forgot her name, but this lady was selling crickets on the night shift. I asked her for her opinion about something and she decided to insult my intelligence on my own pet.a Told me I was clearly not educated and needed to do better research before my pet dies.....funny thing im a veterinarian. Educated your employees better.
