Madison is amazing! My Ragdoll cat was going to a high end groomer whe the only cat groomer quit. I was so nervous to bring her here for grooming but she looks better than any other grooming ever! My mom and daughter picked her up and Madison spent so much time talking them through her service and also suggestions. Best sanitary shave she’s ever had. So glad I took a chance here. I will be recommending cat grooming here to everyone! Thank you Madison! Bella Ramsey looks and smells perfect!

I don’t understand why. But second time it’s happened when I pay for the Deluxe $27 package and only get the nail grinding out of it. No cologne, no bow or bandana. No teeth brushing. Nothing. I am done with PetSmart. By the way not just this. A year ago they cut his hair so short he had a bad rash. This hair cut I had to cut his hair by his eyes cause it was so much longer than the other side. My son picked him up because if I did, it would have been addressed there.

Usually shop here for my cat for Christmas gifts. Prices are a little ridiculous. Spent almost 100 on treats, food and toys. The toys that were around 20 bucks each were cheap dollar store quality. Had to return one that never worked at all and the wand I got stopped lighting up after a couple days and the wires starting poking out of the string. 50 dollars worth of toys that weren't even safe and garbage. If you’re going to charge these prices get better quality items

Always a great experience here. It is clean, fully stocked, and most importantly the staff are always friendly and attentive. My dog goes crazy when we pull in the parking lot.

Took our Buzzy here to get his nails cut. The tech was very professional and caring, like he was her cat. He now walks around the house without pulling the rug with each step. I do believe he even enjoyed getting out of the house for a while.
