PetSmart Grooming

Honesty two stars may be generous here. The only reason I am leaving two is because over the past three years that I’ve been bringing my dog here, there have been some greasy individuals but it seems like they have left. My experience today with Jessica A was the last straw. I will not be bringing my dog back here. My dog is anxious which is something I know and tell the groomers at the salon every time. I medicate her and do everything I can to make sure that she does not give them too much trouble. Today I revived a call about halfway through her grooming to let me know that she had scratched Jessica A while escaping the bath area 3 times, something she’s never done before. They told me they may skip the nails if she is still difficult. When I went to pick her up, I have never been treat

We didn't use the groomer yet but plan on it. I love petsmart because of the array /large variety of pet food, treats, and accessories. The staff is always extremely helpful and friendly

I always have an amazing experience here! The grooming iss top-notch, and the service is even better. They truly go above and beyond for their clients—the groomer even gave me a 'Birthday Girl' bandana for my baby's 11th birthday! It’s those small, thoughtful touches that make such a big difference. My pups look and smell great. Highly recommend!
