Very poor grooming experience. I paid for a Bath & Brush with FURminator specifically to reduce shedding for my pug, and the service was not done as advertised. When I got home, I removed a significant amount of loose undercoat hair myself. I spoke with the store manager, who refused a refund and only offered for me to bring my dog back. At that point, I had already finished additional grooming at home, including ear and facial fold cleaning. I did not receive the service I paid for.

I usually take my dog Sophia here all the time but I will never take her here again. This last time I thought she was fine she looked adorable little did I know the groomer cut her in her along the side of face/neck almost ear area. I did not notice immediately because they purposely dolled her up extra with bows on her ears head area to drastic me with her cuteness. I finally noticed 2 days later when I was getting into bed. I initially thought it was just her sticking her head somewhere and she cut it but that was not the case. FIRST the shaving around that area was uneven and odd. Then the whole top of her head was not cut to meet here body. And Finally, any buzzing sound my dog runs away and hides under a chair. I dropped my doggy off at his appointment time went back a couple hours later I was told that he was afraid of the dryer so they had to put him wet in it crate until he air dried and then they could finish his appointment. Now mind you he's been there before and never ever had a problem with anything. They did not like the fact that I was there I asked him multiple times when he would be ready since he wasn't ready when he was supposed to be I couldn't get a definite answer from either one of the girls who were working there. Mind you neither one of them wanted to be there they both had major attitudes. So I leave I get to work and I get called from them that my doggy is on the way to the doggy hospital because supposably he snagged his nail on a crate. The vet said that couldn't have happ

I was just in the store looking for a few fish. I took a few minutes and made my selections and there was one guy working on tanks who never even made eye contact with me. no one asked if I needed help. I had 60 bucks to spend but no assistance

The best place around the area to get tropical fish!!! Huge variety an reasonable prices!!
