this story has no beds for the cat just stuff for beds like pillows cases and sheets for beds. it is so sad seeing this. but the cat are trying to be happy and finding things to do. 2 were sleeping in a small crammed cage with one pillow case. there were a pair of siblings this a sheet not even a blanket a sheet.😔

This place wouldn't sell me a gold fish for a 20 gal fish tank. The girl was rude. The fish area is a mess. The tanks full of dead fish... They kill more fish than anyone else in Longmont but will be judgemental on a goldfish in your 20 gal tank. Please! I was saving the goldfish's life from the dump. PetSmart why do you sell 20gal dish tanks but not fish for a tank "too small" 😆 Third picture shows how their competitors sold me a gold fish the same day 😂

Every single order I have made from petsmarts website and selected in-store pick up has been canceled by the store. I then can go into the store and I can find multiple items that were canceled in my order. To be honest, I really feel that when this store gets an online order they just immediately cancel it without even looking for the items in the order. This store is exceptional at offering the worst customer service on the planet and they are a perfect example of why purposely poor customer service should not be ok from companies. Now I get to work with my bank to get my money refunded, again.

This store is usually well stocked and staff are usually very friendly. I’m writing this review specifically for Katie, the store was a couple minutes from closing and she helped me exchange an item and do a price match while still being kind, patient and helpful. Thanks Katie you’re a real one!!!

Simple review, the cost on the shelf and the one posted online were different. I stood in line at the register and instead of getting an argument I talked to someone pleasant and she fixed the price to show the online price without hesitation. She was a very nice person.
