Jordan always treats my baby like an angel even though she can be a menace. She does amazing work, with perfect hair and nail trims! 10/10
Jordan is amazing. She was so gentle with my senior baby even with my dog being a wiggle worm.
I scheduled an appointment for my Bernadoodle because he desperately needed a trim, only to get there and be told by the groomer that she is "under a weight restriction" and cannot lift my dog because he is more than the 40 pound maximum she can lift (he's about 55-60 pounds). Also, apparently none of the other groomers were willing to assist in lifting either, so I was told I would need to reschedule. Thank you for wasting my time, gas and making me come all the way there for nothing when I should be at home healing from my recent surgery. You've lost a customer and I will not recommend your services to anyone going forward.
I love coming here. Jordan is amazing and I've never had a bad cut for my little baby. She's my guaranteed boo book always.
Our dog Chopper always gets his hair cut at PetSmart in Livonia on Middlebelt, they always do such a good job!!!
