Very nice establishment with a wonderful staff that go above and beyond for customers. Store manager Tim is a super friendly and outgoing guy. He went out of his way to make my dogs birthday a extra-special day. I really appreciated it.

I was really having a lot of trouble getting 22oz cans of pedigree choice cuts in gravy wet dog food on Amazon. They kept messing up the shipping and twice it was lost or not shipped at all so my search started to find the 22oz cans. I have a 93 lbs. American Pit Bull Terrier. He's a big boy and 13oz cans just don't last and im only adding in a little bit with his kibble. The 22oz cans last a lot longer but hardly anyone carries them. As far as I could tell Pet Smart seems to be the only store around me that carries them so off i went. I haven't shopped for dog food in a pet store or any store for that matter in years. I always get it delivered from either Amazon , Sam's Club or chewy. The store was very nice and organized by pet type and product type. It was very easy to find what I was

Staff is friendly and professional. Im a first time dog owner so they were able to help me find the right food for my dog. And now it's the only place I go for his needs

I will never take my dog to this place ever again. I took my 3 month old teacup Yorkie for her first bath and cut. I asked to have her puppy cut and when she was picked up, I was in shock. My beautiful puppy was shaved so short to her skin she now looks like a Chihuahua with ears too big for her head. The hair in her ears was not thinned out properly and she still has too much over growth in them. If I wanted such an awful hair cut on her I could have done that bad myself. Never take your dog to this groomer. I should have refused to pay for it. Couldn't be more disappointed with they did to my beautiful puppy.

Love PetSmart. The rewards program is great. I have five cats and a dog so my purchases add up.
