Pet's Best Friend Veterinary Hospital

All of the staff were as sweet as can be, they treated me and my cat with so much care! It was my first appointment with them and they made me feel so welcome. They offered food and toy recommendations for me since I'm new to owning a cat and gave me advice that answered every question I had. This is such an amazing place and it's so clear that each and every person hired there loves what they do!!

The staff was amazing my dog had an allergic reaction to something they got him in same day and were great with him and even me as a nervous owner on FaceTime who couldn’t make it in myself. Aldo is grateful and so am I for the great experience as always

Love this office. Staff is wonderful especially with my one pup who is dog reactive and while he LOVES people he is a bit unhappy with vet care. We could actually hear the staff talking calmly to him even though he was growling and had to be muzzled for a nail clipping. He had no hard feelings though as he came out a happy guy looking for love from the staff. My other dog cries when we pull up because she is so excited to see everyone in the office.

Just took Tank for his rabies shot and a wellness check—honestly, such a great experience! The staff was super friendly and made Tank feel comfortable right away (which is saying something—he’s a big softie!). The vet was gentle, answered all our questions, and gave him a clean bill of health. Quick, smooth visit. Definitely our go-to spot now!

The treatment I received from Pet's Best Friend was decent. I don't remember the names of the women who helped me but I can share my experience. My first impression was not too great. The lady who helps the doctor was overly rude about where I rescued my dog. I adopted him from Scott who runs Ambler Dog Rescue, a very selfless man that revolves his entire life around sheltering dogs from horrific situations. I paid $600 for King, my purebred King Charles Cavalier Spaniel who was saved from an Amish puppy mill. The entire visit, the assistant kept repeating "that sounds like a shady rescue" "I would not have paid that much for a rescue dog" "there's no reason he should have asked that price" etc. It made me feel like I was supposed to feel stupid for what I did. It also is very disrespectfu
