My puppy has just completed his second phase of puppy classes at Pet Smart In Leominster. Our trainer is Louca Hill and he’s been nothing short of amazing! Love how knowledgeable Louca is about dogs. Also it’s all about positive training. Louca has a great way of explaining things. These sessions have been quite enjoyable and Bandit loves it too. Thank you Louca!

I’m very upset with this stores location. This is the second time I’ve found a dead animal lying around the store with zero care giving from the workers. 1 how does a fish even get onto the shelves that were just previously stocked and also does no one clean up the shelves at all?? It made me very upset how little care they showed when there the ones supposed to be taking care of these animals while waiting for homes. Other than that the store was pretty clean and other workers were nice but there’s been patterns.

I was able to call in the morning and get my sweet pooch in for a morning appointment. Meghan was great and did a nice job! Atmosphere is friendly and they seem to like what they do! Everything I asked them to do for my sweet guy was done! ❤️

⭐ 1 star I am not usually a shopper at PetSmart, and I did not fully understand how the app worked since curbside pickup was closed. I went to pick up a 10-gallon tank and gravel that I had ordered through the app using a parental card under a different name, with my phone number attached so they could confirm it was me. I also had guardian permission to buy these items. The employee initially came with a good attitude, but after I asked a simple question and showed my order number, she started questioning me for an ID, saying the order was under a different name. I explained that I usually use a nickname for privacy, that I don’t shop here often, and that I’m not very familiar with apps like this. Despite this, she continued questioning me unnecessarily, asking “Who is this person?” and

PetSmart truly is wonderful full service with vet care and pet grooming and a huge variety of everything that you might need for whatever pet you have. The people and customer service are fantastic I would definitely recommend PetSmart
