The entire staff is very professional , knowledgeable and pleasantly helpful. I completely trust my furry family member in their hands. Jameson actually looks forward to his vet visits!

Been using them for 30 years. I feel very comfortable going there. Love Dr. Moss, she tells it like it is and I appreciate that. All the Techs are caring and knowledgeable.

Actually my score would be higher than 10! I’ve been with Central for 30 years. My husband longer. I moved away, temporarily, and found a really great vet. But I still missed my Central “family.” After 30 years of treating my animals…wellness visits, sick visits….coming to my house to put my loved ones down. No comparison. Central Animal Hospital becomes a part of your family. I ABSOLUTELY recommend Central Animal Hospital!!

Dec 28 I was oversees for the holidays, when I was informed that my 65 lb English bulldog had a big lump near his anal. Unsure if maybe he was stung by something, we waited overnight; by the next day it was worse so I called the office during the day and made an appointment for him to be seen later that evening 6:00pm. I was told that since I was calling and scheduling during normal business hours that they would honor that and not charge me the ER after hours rate. Dec 29th my dog was seen and I was called to go over the procedure and the costs associated to it. When we went over the costs, I was told if we did full blood work it would cost me about $1,185 if I didn't do the blood work, the cost of the procedure would be $785. They indicated to me that the blood work was not really necess

I really wish Central Animal Hospital would start submitting claims to our pet insurance companies, as part of the service customers pay for. There are so many vet offices that do this, and it would be helpful. I mean the pet insurance companies contact you, in most cases, anyways for any documentation needed for the visit…
