First visit to this Pet Smart. Brandy did a wonderful ♥️ job grooming my little Mimi. Price was right and Mimi was ready when Brandy said she would be. Very happy 😊 We will go back for sure.

Went to every pet store with parakeets within an hour distance from my place in Tavares and this PetSmart had the healthiest, best looking options available. The staff was very professional and exceptionally skilled with handling the baby parakeets. The employees greeted us as we walked in, got our birds all boxed up, and got us out the door in less than 10 minutes. Every bird at this store looked very healthy. No lifted feet, missing patches of feathers or broken tail feathers. If you are looking for healthy parakeets, this is the spot.

The staff has always been super helpful and friendly, Porsche loves seeing the cashier's and they have been always kind and friendly with her. Thank you guys for all that you do. ✌🏻♥️

Wasn’t pleased with what just happened, I’ll take my business elsewhere. Saturday afternoon I brought my dog to this location for his shots. During that time I decided to make an appointment following day 10am to get groomed. Making the appointment the young lady put in the system my info as well as my dogs info including his shots information. When I arrive to my appointment they won’t take him because it hasn’t been a full 24hrs of him getting his shots. I wasn’t told this when I made the appointment. The young lady was very informative and explained to me the process, now coming to my appointment it’s a different story. You all should be on the same page and not waste peoples time and gas.

I am again disappointed with Petsmart in Leesburg. I had seen commercials on TV about free photos for your pet with Santa. I phoned the Leesburg store to ask about the Santa event. I was told the days and hours, but that was all. Once I got there, I asked where to go. I was asked if I had a reservation. I did not. I wasn't aware you could make one. I got into the walk-in line. I watched as the pet parents took the pictures of their pet. I wasn't told to bring my camera or phone. I asked if there was a way the store could take the picture. I was told yes, but it would take up to 2 days to get to me and the quality couldn't be guaranteed. I feel that with calling as I did, I was not told important details. I left without a photo of my sweet boy with Santa. Petsmart needs to do better.
