Dawgy Stylz grooming and boarding

This was our first time... and last time going to Dawgy Stylz Grooming. I have a 7 lb, 11-month-old Chihuahua. I called ahead and was told that nail trimming is available as a walk-in service ($10-$15). I was not told on the phone that walk-ins are only welcome 9am-10am. While my babies nails look good, not excellent, it was a horrible experience. There was a shop vac running the whole time - extremely noisy. My baby, who doesnt even where a collar was put in a two point collared restraint with no empathy. The dog was clearly stressed. Again, no empathy. The tech never talked to her, pet her, calmed her in any way. We will not be back and we will not recommend to others.

Absolutely great experience! I was in town for a wedding shower and needed baby girls tails trimmed. She was quick to fit us in, gentle and did a great job getting the “tap” out of her nails!

Great first experience for our 5 year old dog. Groomer was welcoming & kind.

My 7yo Yorkie had only been professionally groomed once before in his life because I've been doing it myself but no longer am physically able. When I dropped Mickey off, the groomer listened to my sharing that he needed special shampoo for itchy skin and isn't used to clippers, only scissors. He's never had his ears "tipped" as is traditional for Yorkies either. When I picked him up, the shop owner said all went well with the clippers, nail trim, ear tipping, etc. Mickey looks handsome in his professional cut!

They take great care of my dogs and I'm a repeat customer so that tells you they always do a great job 😃
