The technicians and Veterinarians are do friendly here. They are very efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. My grumpy, old chihuahua loves everyone here. He was very calm and cooperative. Which was amazing. Definitely recommend bringing your pets here.

*WARNING!* We Moved here in September and set up my two Springer Spaniels with Northgate on a high recommendation from my neighbor. Reviews for Dr. Clark were acceptable so we thought we were set. My husband met Dr. Clark on first visit and liked his personality instantly. Unfortunately my 8 yr old Springer developed severe watery diarrhea and vomiting the first week of February. We assumed he got ahold of a gecko, bad grass, etc and started him on the traditional chicken/rice diet. When he still had diarrhea after a few days we took him to Dr. Clark. He prescribed Rocky a med Metronidazole, and a probiotic powder. We followed the protocol and after ending that round of meds, Rocky had 2 good days of bowel movements and then returned to the diarrhea and vomiting. Went back to Northg

Took my cat in for the first time - excellent experience. They were all VERY kind. The price was reasonable and the wait was short. I felt like they really cared about my baby. He was scared and they treated him with kindness and empathy; he peed a bit in his crate and they even cleaned it out. 10/10 experience. Will be taking all of my pets there from now on.

They opened up early to take our dog that was scheduled for surgery that morning and we humans had to be in another town at the same time. The people that work there treat our dog good even though she doesn't behave around people. Nine plus years of great service. The staff is really accommodating. Thank you all for your great service.

I don’t know about the vet, he seemed very competent. His office staff however, are awful people and horrible representatives for anyone’s business. Not only did they me wrong information over three days. They actually laughed in my face while my dog was dying in my arms there. Yes, she was their patient. Then today I get a letter, that I can’t believe the vet actually wrote, telling me my sweet dog was no longer their patient. My dog actually died later that day.
