Our dog Slugger is an anxious, slightly aggressive puppy. He’s scared of everything and we are very nervous to take him anywhere, even just the vet. His nails were bad and he sheds worse so we took a risky shot at coming here last minute. They were so accommodating to him and the sweetest beings. He didn’t growl or even bark (which is a huge thing for him). Slugger left the parlor tail wagging and licking their faces. We were in utter shock. He was our old puppy again. We can’t thank the staff enough and specifically the groomer, Emily. His paws, belly, and coat itself look beautiful to not only us, but he loves it. I recommend this wholeheartedly, especially if your dog has been turned away by other less accommodating groomers. Definitely will be back with Slugger again soon!

Great experience. Kayla did great on Betty Lou, she had a good experience and the grooming was exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend this Pets mart location.

My dog has been groomed with pet smart for two years. We just recently moved to Missouri so this was our first experience with a new location. The service was wonderful and thank you for making my fur baby feel comfortable in a new environment!
