GoodVets Lee's Summit

24 hours after being spayed (at a different clinic), my cat was extremely weak, limp, and looked like she was fading. I called them around 2:30 p.m. on a Saturday and they were able to get her in by 3 p.m. Ultimately, our kitty was in such poor shape that they still referred us to the ER, but they did a lot to stabilize her for the commute and to save us money by getting the initial bloodwork through them instead of at the ER. I really think they saved my cat’s life. I was totally fine taking her to the ER knowing that a professional thought it necessary, but if they didn’t see her first and tell me that, I’m sure I would have told myself I was overreacting and tried “monitoring” it another day. Knowing what I know now about her vitals, I’m not confident she would have made it another day,

My boy had an infection on his foot, and he was very well taken care of. He never left my side and the wonderful people at Goodvets made me feel very included in the process, and not at all like i was in the way. They were very sweet and patient with my doggo. Got him in and out in a timely manner and was overall the best vet experience we've both had. I would give 10 stars if i could!

The front desk staff is exceptional! I believe, Megan in particular. I called with a time sensitive issue with my dog and the front desk went above and beyond to quickly help our family out! I very much appreciate the kind and responsive voice at the other end of the phone! ❤️

My pup’s vet is super attentive and all of the staff is so wonderful and welcoming. This GoodVets location is top-tier, super clean and they are extremely organized and efficient. My vet listens to all of my concerns and gives me insightful information to make the best decisions for my pup.

I called and was able to get my dog in the same day. He was nervous and in pain, but they were so patient and gentle with him. I appreciated how they were upfront with pricing and didn’t pressure me to do more. Very understanding and supportive of treating the acute issue and following up with my regular provider in a few days. Very positive experience and will return again if needed.
