I always shop at this PetSmart because it’s the best place to find everything my two dogs need. I buy their food here and they always have good brands and enough stock, which gives me peace of mind. The store has a wide variety of toys, treats, and accessories too, so it’s easy to find something extra to spoil them. The staff is usually friendly and willing to help, and the store is organized enough that I don’t waste time looking for things. For pet owners, this location is really convenient and reliable.🐶👍🏻

if you are thinking about bringing your puppy here for grooming, PLEASE DO NOT!!!! my puppy used to be an angel for grooming. never had any complaints of aggression or inability to do anything. one day, my usual groomer couldn’t get her in, so i turned to petsmart. when i picked her up, nothing was said to me regarding negative behavior, in fact, i was told she did great. upon getting her, i noticed her cut looked choppy and i decided not to go back ever again. a few weeks after that she had gotten dirty and i decided to bathe her and when i did, she acted like a completely different dog. when i attempted to dry her with a towel she IMMEDIATELY began biting and growling. she also became a nightmare for brushing and air drying. my dog who never had behavioral issues prior to this grooming

Joseph was super helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me pick out the right food for my dog and warned me of products to stay away from. Definitely coming back because of him.

This location has so many of these poor Betta fish dead on display, the others have dirty water.

I’d like to give a shoutout to this PetSmart, and especially to Dorrian who helped me with my fish tank questions, water quality test, and even let me hold a guinea pig! I’ve been a loyal customer of PetSmart for years now and any time I shop at other major pet stores I can see the difference. Dorrian was very kind, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable about the fish and guinea pigs. I especially appreciate that he took the time to test all parameters of my water and write down the results. The store is great and the staff is even better!
