I just wanted to give a shoutout to the Banfield staff for not only their professionalism, but also their genuine kindness. A special thank you to Veronica. Her compassion and care truly made a very stressful and expensive vet visit so much more bearable. Winifred and I are incredibly grateful!

I just want to share what a wonderful vet tech assisted me and my cat mango today. Her name is Veronica! She was so nice and friendly and just a delight to work with. She was very informative and caring and loving for my little kitty. she’s just the best that I’ve ever encountered anywhere. They are so lucky to have her. She had such a twin in her eye, and I just had to give her a big hug at the end thanking her for taking care of my little man. Thank you, Veronica for all your love and care!!!

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the service I have received at your Lauderhill location. This is not my first complaint, and I am disheartened to find that the lack of care for animals and their owners persists. Despite my previous negative experience, I chose to give your clinic another opportunity due to its convenient proximity. The current issue, however, has been exceptionally frustrating, particularly since it involved a simple prescription refill for my Maltese, Luna. Following your protocol, I placed the order online and brought Luna in for a required blood test to fulfill the prescription request. I have been coming to this pet hospital for years with my older cat who passed away last year I'm still not over it I now have a 6-year-old kitten who just got neutered with them I called today first the line was so busy I had to hang up and keep calling back when I finally found someone to pick up it was a young girl she then told me to hold again when she finally came back she didn't even apologize to me for the wait she told me she doesn't have to apologize if she was busy with an attitude I asked to speak with her manager she said none is available I asked her her name she said taria this is my first negative review about them because they have been really great to my pets I think they should train the employees on how to speak to customers because I also pay for his wellness plan eve
