I am so thankful to Jessica, who helped me create a new home to our new family member! Falkor, the Crested Gecko is adjusting well, and we're looking forward to continuing enrichment in his habiat. She was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure we were able to provide a suitable habitat before we adopted him. I can tell she cares about the animals, and answered all of my questions thoroughly! Thank you Jessica. We'll take good care of our new baby! 🥰

I just got my dog groomed by Chloe, and i was so shocked when i see him. she did an amazing job! I’ve honestly never seen my poodle and his fur look this good and clean. She was so sweet and SUPER talented i highly recommend her. The first picture is before getting groomed 😍

Took my little guy to meet Santa for the first time! Free photos, super great employees snapping away so each pet gets the “perfect picture”. I love that they really took their time to make that happen. Great job Petland! Oh and the “cutest” clothing options from Carhardt coats to Tu-tu’s!!

I bought a pet hamster from here about a few months ago. Still doing amazing. There's one girl there who's always taking care of the pets and she's very nice. Been there for a minute. I've talked to her previously and I've asked her questions and she's always been willing to help out. I wish I could catch her name but I just know she has lots of animals. And full of wisdom. I love the price matching that PetSmart has and I love the deals that they have so I can affordably provide for my hamster. And I know I can safely get products here without hurting my hamster too. But customer service here is always really good.

The weekend after Thanksgiving I booked an appointment for a bath and brush for my little dog. After waiting 4 hours for them to call me to pick him up, I went to check if he was ready. They didn't even start bathing him. They kept him in the cage for 4 hours.They booked appointments in the names of groomers who weren't working that day to pocket as much $ as possible, they don't care about the dogs at all. Of course there was an argument with the manager. At least that's how she introduced herself when I asked to speak to the manager. After all that, they blocked me from booking an appointment for my dog ​​at any PetSmart. You should be ashamed of how you treat dogs and customers!
