We love this vet clinic! Dr. Stroup is amazing with all three of our dogs. She’s so patient with our reactive Lhasa Apso and really takes the time to help him feel comfortable at every appointment. With our other two (who are not reactive), she still makes sure to give them all the time and attention they need too. I really appreciate how she explains everything, especially the pros and cons of vaccines, so we always feel confident about the care our dogs are getting. Her staff is also wonderful...always kind, helpful, and you can tell she’s constantly teaching and guiding them. It’s such a great feeling knowing our pack are in such caring hands. Highly recommend! They make going to the vet fun!!!

You could not pay me to leave this doctor. She not only saved my dog’s life, but, she went above and beyond to treat him for a rare and chronic illness. She has never failed to take him on a moments notice. She’s a very busy doctor and I understand why. I never mind if sometimes the waiting. Is longer than it may be somewhere else with two or three or four doctors on staff. Because I know that I’ve been that person That was taking the doctors time and attention while she tended to an emergency visit with my dog. Both her tech and her assistant (Sydney and Sydney) provide compassionate care and are knowledgeable in their own right I don’t have a bad thing to say about this practice . I tried a few different vets before landing here and I am so grateful to have found Dr Stroup and her staff.

Dr. Stroup is knowledgable, quick yet thorough. She truly loves her patients and is a pleasure to work with. This is the first time I have had a dog that is happy to go to the vet, and would be happy if he stayed there.

Dr. Stroup and her staff are amazing. They feel like a small town vet that truly cares about their customer pets. I had to take my dog in for some immediate care and they took so much time to stabalize him and get him on the road to recovery. Dr. Stroup followed up during the next two days to ensure my dog was doing well. Highly recommend this clinic.

Dr Stroup and her staff have provided excellent care for several of our dogs and our resident cat queen. This past Saturday they absolutely bent over backwards to help us out with our daughter's dog Maven who was showing signs of a bladder infection and urine flow blockage. They squeezed us in on a very busy Saturday morning on a moments notice. Dr Stroup felt large bladder stones and confirmed with an xray. Exam completed and prescriptions written in 45 minutes! While she was also handling two other patients! Thank you so much Dr Stroup and West Bay Animal Hospital! The BEST!
