Booked boarding for our dog for vacation a week in advance, then the day before leaving they call about the shots expire the day before pickup, mind you were picking up early in the morning. Rush to the vet to get the shots updated then are told when we get there they can't take the dog until after 48hrs after shots. I understand having shots up to date. But seriously shots are now up to date. And you gave me literally no time. So for a boarding place that I'm guessing gets 90% of there boarding because of vacations. Doesn't care about the fact your going on vacation. And can't give you a proper notice to make sure everything goes smooth.

My wife went into the PetSmart store on Fruitville pike in Lancaster today to get our dog his new food. Our daughter works for a local veterinary hospital and they get a discount on prescription food (match the manufactures pricing). We have been using this location and have never had a problem with service or having the price given to us. Today the lady at the register and the manager both were extremely rude and belligerent to her. Refused to match the price even with the hospital calling down to tell them they have the agreement with the dog food manufacturer. She left there embarrassed and feeling like a common criminal for asking for the discount we have received the past 3 years. The manager could have pulled her aside and explained that for whatever reason they will not honor

Our golden-doodle Maple has been seeing Kennedy for about two years and every single haircut has been perfect! She’s so friendly, fast, and my dog literally shakes with excitement when we pull into the parking lot. She’s a nervous dog and is clearly so comfortable with her. I also love how all the groomers know who Maple is, I can tell they really care about her. Would highly recommend! (Pics are pre and post cut)

I’ve been to many PetSmart locations, and this one is hands-down the best. From grooming to doggie day camp, the staff goes above and beyond to make sure my dog is happy, comfortable, and truly well cared for. The quality of service is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. I can’t recommend this location enough for anyone who wants top-notch care for their pets!

I initially had an grooming appointment scheduled, but due to unforeseen circumstances, the store had to cancel. While it was inconvenient at the time, they quickly reached out with a fair resolution and went above and beyond to make things right. Their professionalism and effort to ensure customer satisfaction really stood out. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them makes all the difference. Thank you Skylar and Grace for their professionalism. Definitely recommend the fruitville pike location!
