PetSmart

I felt welcomed, the lighting was terrific, store was clean, helpful associates, I bought a new treat with salmon for our pet dog Charlie. My cashier Corella was courteous. I spoke to Nia who trains dogs. She shared a variety of information. This store felt cozy.

PetSmart is a great store for all pet needs. They offer a wide variety of high-quality products, including food, toys, accessories, and grooming supplies. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The store is clean, well-organized, and easy to shop in. They also provide convenient services like grooming and veterinary care. I highly recommend PetSmart for anyone who owns pets.

Normally I’m not one to leave reviews but I just HAVE to! I needed help with some things about cats/kittens and a lot of questions 😂 but Ms.Brandy was the SWEETEST person ever! I’ve never encountered such a helpful and joyful worker like her. She helped me so much and we joked about a few things. I was stressing sooo bad over a couple things and she eased my concerns! She’s not a vet but she was so amazing and such a great person! I never felt like I was bothering her because she was so sweet and showed she cared to help me

My daughter brought my dog to get groomed today by Ashley V and she told my daughter that since he hasn't been to a groomer she was scared he would bring her down. My dog is NOT aggressive and was a little nervous but she refused to groom my dog which is an Australian Shepherd mix. If she didn't want to do the grooming because she refused she needs to get out of this profession. I will never recommend bringing any pet to her or schedule a grooming with her. Plus my daughter said that she kinda had a little attitude along with her about my dog after the assessment. If I could put no stars that's what I would put. Not to satisfied with the groomer named Ashley V.

Grooming was easy to make appointment. Groomers did a very good job. Staff friendly and helpful. Store is clean. A good variety of animal food to choose from(I’ve a puppy). All in all, good experiences shopping there.
