I go in to this store pretty frequently and the staff is always super helpful. I have never given much thought to what dog food I'm feeding but recently Jess was super knowledgeable and helped me find a better food for my dog. He's not picky, I think he'd eat trash if I put it in his food bowl. But it's nice to know he's getting better quality nutrition. Thanks Jess!

I was so mad when I was told that my appointment was not on their computer!!! What!!! They did not apologize at all. As if I made mistake. No!! I asked if you had openings on Nov. 7th, because I had doctor’s appointment. I wanted to do it on the same day!!! I should’ve talked to the manager. I will call them tomorrow. You need to be very careful about your schedule. Make sure to call them before you head to.

I did not end up buying from this PetSmart, but they sure are nice. They have a great selection of things for your pet and the customer service is so nice. I needed to have something shipped and sadly, this one does not deliver. The staff was so kind in trying to figure out how to get my items from their store to a home about 20 minutes away. They really tried. Thank you so much for helping me and I will buy from you when I am actually in the area.

Just bought a fish tank there on sale. I liked the associate. Very helpful and she answered all my questions. I also bought live plants that look really good.

Our Sheltie went here for a much-needed grooming in Sep 2021. The groomer did a spectacular job; perhaps the best he has ever had. I highly recommend this PetSmart grooming location. Thank you for taking such care in our dog's needs. He looks stunning!
