They were absolutely amazing and took such good care of my cat, when she unexpectedly passed they came and picked her up for me I wasn’t able to get a name because I was a little emotional picking up her ashes but both ladies were wonderful and very understanding thank you guys for treating my baby so well

We lost our boy on Monday and were able to pick him up Wednesday afternoon. The lady on the phone was so sweet and really cared. We are very happy with how he was returned to us. We were able to get ink and clay prints, and we love the box with the nameplate.

I have had 3 members of my family cremated here the other two died because someone poisoned my Pitbulls because they weren't gonna get a pup! I was able to go down pick out an urn and keep their memory til I pass from this place now I lost a family member of 12yrs. And It's all rushed very unprofessional and callous! I wasn't even given the option of an urn! Just you owe us money for the cremation and you have a bill at the office of our friend! And no ashes will be released til we are all paid!! So now not only are we being treated like we are trying to run out on a bill?? I don't know if its a bias race thing or because Im disabled that they thought they weren't gonna get paid! But just very callous and unprofessional! I dont even believe that those are gonna be "Her" ashes just by the w
