I had such a great experience at the PetSmart in Jupiter and wanted to give a special shoutout to Andrew. He was incredibly patient while helping me sign up for rewards and showing me how to use the app. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable navigating it on my own. We shop at PetSmart all the time for our dogs, and this location is by far the best in the area. The store is always clean, organized, and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. Andrew truly delivered excellent customer service, and it’s team members like him that keep us coming back. So appreciative of his help!

Jasmine & team are excellent! My blind poodle rescue was not feeling beautiful & she made her gorgeous & even painted her nails! She is fantastic!!

Don’t advertise yappy hour walk-in service and close before 6pm! The website and the door both say open until 7pm. Very disappointing drove here during rush hour to not get my dog taken care of. Store employee said I needed an appointment. Well I never have needed one in the past and the adversement says walk-in. I have been come to this location since they opened and it has been going down hill for years. Unfortunately there aren’t many options in the area.

Thank you once again for a great class with Miss Colleen, your amazing trainer. Betsy and I just graduated from our third class “Brain Games” and together we have learned so much. Colleen is patient and kind, knowing how to handle any situation or problem that came up. You can tell she loves her job and her students love her.
