Employees are great but the management is awful, the Employees were extremely busy while the manager sat on her behind in the office. She did come out for a few sec. I tried asking for help for the overwhelmed worker and she refused to assist.

Came in today to pickup an online order, I’ve never had a bad experience ever at this location. Today was the first day, I thought because it was a pick up I could just come in & grab it. The clerk was busy & I waited til she was done with who she was waiting on. She still had a couple waiting & I communicated with her I had an online order. She was 100% rude, I expressed I could grab it & she immediately verbally attacked me & told me I wasn’t able to help myself. I then expressed myself & asked for a manager. I’m not one to this, because I myself am a cashier at a local well known grocery store. I understand that customers can be difficult, this situation was uncalled for & I didn’t deserve to be treated that way. She definitely could’ve taken a different approach. Her name is Melissa, I

I have been using this store for years and I have never had a dead fish. I have bought from them multiple times. I always keep my receipt though, it is helpful to know if something happens they will give you a new fish. Also they don’t always share the creatures they have hiding behind that aquarium wall! If you are looking for something specific and you know your stuff, they let you in on what’s hiding because what’s in the display isn’t everything they have! Shhhhh. It’s really hard on weekends to get someone to help so I recommend going on a weekday. Also I just signed up with them online and found out that if you order your dog or cat food for four months at a time you save a ton of money and they ship directly to your door! Then I take my points in store and save even more money! #up

Come here to groom our golden doodle, but I haven't been happy yet with it, there even was a doodle on a table getting groomed and I like how he was so told the one who was grooming mine that's what I wanted, came to pick him up and nothing like what I said I want had a dang afro so I had to take him home and fix it myself for $125 to pay shouldn't have to fix it myself

Just called store in Joplin the girl that answered was so rude. I ask if they had any Cherry Shrimp she hatefully said no we don't carry them. I said okay do you have any shrimp she said no we do not very strong. I hung up. Five or six weeks ago I purchased my tank ,Plants and Ghost Shrimp there. I will never go back to this store. The young man that sold me my tank and fish was very accommodating and nice. Its sad how one person can hurt her business that is paying her.
