Dr. Bentley and staff go above and beyond to help myself and my "kids"/ fur babies. You can tell they truly care for their clientele. Their kindness and compassion is A +. Highly recommend.

Edit:Thank you for calling. We are happy that some changes were made for after care. It was especially nice to feel heard. ..... I Literally HATE saying this and would have rather have talked it over with the vet, but the vet never came back in the room when taking our Marley back for his treatments or calling. The first treatment, he ended up getting hurt. He has EXTREME anxiety (We discussed this with the Veterinarian before he started treatment). He was put in a kennel and tried getting out and hurt his nose. No one told us when we picked him up. We brought him home and his nose got swollen and I called and she said he got pretty anxious and tried getting out, in the process knocked over a table or something and trying to lift the kennel with his nose. 2 days later, at home, something

My favorite vet for my cat Bruno who is 13 years old. Everyone is friendly and the vet,she helped him with his chronic condition more than anyone else.We relocated recently from Virginia.

This is simply the very best veterinary clinic in Joplin! She has been such a good veterinarian for my puppies and my boy's kitty. Always responsive when I have a problem and just an overall good vet with reasonable prices!
