I had an issue with my dogs medical prescription. When I ordered through the PetSmart app I put down that I wanted to renew her prescription. When it arrived there was only one pill instead of the 31 that it was supposed to be. I called the store and a gentleman named Tai (Ty) answer the phone and ask what he can help me with and I explained to my dilemma. Tai stayed on the phone with me and tried to fix the situation and it took just 3 minutes under 1 hour. He never showed any frustration he never tried to put me off the entire time he was very sympathetic to my problem, trying to get my dog's life-sustaining prescription filled. I am so appreciative of that because this is my family member that we're talking about not just a dog. His kindness is so appreciated and it says volumes about

Heather our Groomer at the rivercity location is Amazing. She goes way above and beyond. The store itself is always clean and having your groomer, vet and pet store under one roof.

I came in here today 1-23-26 with the intention of buying a guinea pig. I have had many guinea pigs over the years and have came into this location in the past to hold them. Well today I went up to the cashier and asked him if I could hold a guinea pig. He said "Soo we don't let you hold them, unless you're going to buy them." Then asked the manager behind him on the other register if it was allowed. And he didn't even look up, he said "I mean if they're going to buy then sure." So the cashier said someone will be right with you over there. Alright cool 👍 this lady came from the back of the store and said can I help you? Twice I've scheduled my husky for a bath and cut, the appointment would be like 1230, I'd be there at 1215-1220 and I was told I'd have to wait as that's when the groomer comes in. Unfortunately I have other stuff to attend, theirs no reason someone can give her a look over and take her to a waiting kennel in the back, if theirs an issue after I leave just call me and let me know the price update. Also each time I went to drop off they said I'd have to reschedule anyway cause she would need a full haircut, what's the point of having groomers if only one person can do a cut, plus she only needed a little extra love around her ears and belly not a full cut. Went to scent hounds for half the price and was able to drop all 3 of my pups off together when one of them had an hour later appointmen

Restarted my aquarium and got some tremendous help from the staff... always pleasant and very helpful every time I go in.
