I brought my dog in for her first ever trip to the dog groomer! My dog is about 3 years old and I usually brush her out and trim her nails myself but it was time for some puppy pampering. Brenda did an amazing job!!!! I liked the handwritten “report card” and debrief on my dog’s visit. Brenda answered all my questions and really went above and beyond my expectations. The whole team was friendly and it was so much fun to watch them interact with all the dogs! Mocha was a little bit nervous at first but I think she warmed up to everyone pretty quickly. My pupster came back with the an adorable “teddy bear” cut, her coat was soft and they brushed her teeth. The price was reasonable and PetSmart offers a few convenient walk- in services like nail trims.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this dog boarding facility for a day. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Even though we were a bit late on the pickup day, they still allowed us to pick up our dog. We truly appreciate their understanding and flexibility.

An incompetent employee told me that that it was "near animal abuse" for selling me 3 goldfish as pets for an indoor fish tank. I happen to have 2 cats, 2 rabbits, 5 grown gold fish, 3 koi, one turtle, one gecko and one a lizard who all thrive. It was extremely offensive for the uneducated judgemental employee to insult me with a completely unfounded accusation. I wonder if corporate encourages their employees to pass judgement on customers. Seems like a bad idea judging customers. I was completely offended and will never return to a petsmart store again.

Pan provided exceptional customer service when I purchased $200+ worth of dog and cat food. Educated me on the 10x points promo event and directed me to the Petsmart app.

I can't say enough good things about this community of employees at PetSmart! First Hayley the trainer is phenomenal and very helpful with my pup, and can't wait to learn more from her! Second, the Grooming department took care of my Samoyed puppy for her first time visit! Rose did an INCREDIBLE job and I'll for sure be coming back to her - also Anya gave plenty helpful advice for what to expect for puppy coats vs adult coats! Just an incredible group of people that really care!
