I stopped here today just to walk around with my little side kick. She wanted to see some animals and this was a great experience for her. She loved all the animals and while I was there I found some good clearance items for my dog. And they have the cutest dog costumes! Toys of every kind .... Some pricy but overall a great store and experience.

Wonderful and patient grooming stuff! Alyssa S Took care of my dog, and my dog had the best time ever! Normally, she is super nervous with things like this, but she had a wonderful time and Alyssa was very patient and good with her! Plus, my dog has never smelt or looked this clean!

Bought the pink name tag with the little gem on it for our pup, the gem has started to rub against the tag and is wearing out the address and name spot on either side. So just be aware of that if you have an active dog.

Had our dog’s haircut here this morning. We are happy with the length and that her face is cleaned up. Ears could have been trimmed up more, but I think that’s something we would need to request. We did request that the tail be trimmed up, and it looks nice. The associate did upgrade us with our permission. It needs to be clarified that there are two types of nails being done. The $52 package we originally signed up for (Bath & Full Haircut) said that nails would be trimmed. That package says, “Service includes a customized full body haircut, shampoo pH-balanced for dogs, full blow dry, brush out, nail trim, ear cleaning, anal gland expression, paw pad trim to neaten the feet & sanitary trim.” The extra $27 upgrade included a nail trim and grind.
