Took my pup Jasper there and honestly loved it! They were all super helpful, constantly coming to give him loves and reassurance! It was so nice the tools they had to help me with his shedding and the shampoo/ conditioner left him feeling silky. He loved seeing everyone and was so excited for his little treat at the end! We will definitely be back soon!

Talk about a GREAT place!! We have been on a 2 week vacation stopping at lots of lakes and rivers, so our dogs needed baths pretty bad! The staff were ready and available at all times for any help or questions we had, but otherwise, you're free to wash and dry your dogs all by yourself! They had a great variety of soaps to use, and everything was very clean and well kept! They have a huge selection of food, treats, toys, and anything else you could think of! They also had a case of baked goods for pups that were so cute! We got tacos and cannolis for our pups! We drive through often and will definitely be back! Thanks, Splash!

I came in with my pup, and was met by a guy I do not know the name of. He was friendly, almost a little too friendly. We followed him to the baths, and he instantly began trying to handle my dog, and told me my dog needed to use the ramp, instead of me picking her up(She’s 11 years old, and is much more comfortable with me putting her in.) This statement was pretty uncalled for, and instantly left a bad taste in my mouth. He was constantly touching, petting, and rubbing my dog without consent, which is a very good way to be bit. My dog was showing very clear signs of being uncomfortable, and he ignored all of the signs. I do appreciate the amount of love the staff have for dogs, but I would much prefer consent, and body language knowledge as my dog had every right to bite him. Other than t

Took my dog for a bath. The staff was very helpful. Everything is provided. Shampoo, conditioner, towels, blow dry. It was great! The tub was clean and they provide a ramp. Staff even assisted with putting on a "happy hoodie" for the blow dry. At the end my dog was even given a complimentary ice cream! He was happy. I was happy. And best of all they cleaned up the station! I know I'll be back.
