I’m so glad that I decided to take my dog, Pepper, to this location to get her groomed. We recently relocated from Las Vegas and I was struggling to find a reliable, affordable groomer. Called and told they had availability the next day; was able to book through the app. Adrian and Zan were super friendly and welcoming!!! And Zan literally had my girl looking like a brand, new baby!!! She was so adorable! 10/10, we’ve found our new beauty shop!

I have a groomer that I use on a regular basis. Every so often I would come to the PetSmart up here in Hurst because the wait may be too long. Well I have not used them for months and I got a phone call out of the blue wanting me to come in because they have a new person training and would give me a 35% discount for letting them groom my dog. I told the lady that called me that I do not need my dog groomed, but I am going to be having some people over this weekend and I would like to have my dogs bathed and brushed out. So I set up an appointment as I was told I had to. But whenever I got to the location, I was told it was going to be a 3 to 4 hour wait because they had other dogs they were helping. There was not one dog on any of the tables for the entire time I was there. Then I see this

Where else would you go for all of your great quality pet needs I love this store for treats toys leashes, and other great items between here and Hollywood feed on Camp Bowie in Fort Worth Texas. All of my pet needs are met. Thank you so much, Petsmart

If you bring your pup here for day camp, be aware that the staff does not communicate professionally, nor are they honest or transparent about your pet’s day. On two separate occasions, we were told that our 7 month old puppy was “too hyper” or “too much” at pick up, and it was even suggested that we drug her with calming chews before bringing her to camp. This feedback was not only unprofessional, but also confusing as she had attended camp 3 times prior at Petsmart (Hurst & Southlake locations) with no complaints. I decided to call & speak with a manager in an effort to gain more insight into her behavior, and it was not until then that we were informed she had been withheld from group play on both of the days they complained about her. I adopted a fancy mouse on August 1st, and he's the sweetest little guy. I named him Shrimp. Ive never bought an animal from pet smart or any other big box stores before so i was a little worried about the process, but I was very impressed by the way the ensured Shrimp would go to a good home. I could tell they genuinely cared and it made me feel relieved, as ive heard many horror stories. Shrimp and I are still building a relationship, but I'm so thankful to have him. Hes brought me a lot of joy in only just a week ❤
