Pet Supplies Plus Hurst

I used the pet wash, and it was great, especially for a big dog like mine. Convenient, inexpensive, well-stocked, and just great overall. All of the staff were excellent. I didn't catch the name of the young man who assisted me by the dog wash area, but the young lady at the register named Joanna was very informative, friendly, and professional.

All the employees were so sweet to my dog Lady (I took her in today for her "gotcha day" to get some treats), giving her lots of love and pets. She was happy which makes me happy. The team here is wonderful. I look forward to visiting again!

Derek is awesome. Came through with a recommendation on kitty litter and even carried two big boxes of it to the front to check out and then to my car where he helped me load them in. He truly went above and beyond and exemplified amazing customer service. Lady at the front desk was also very nice. Definitely recommend.

I always take my dogs here to give them a bath. The blow dryers are very powerful and actually dry your dog. I’ve been to many pet supplies (colleyville, Irving, Saginaw, heritage trace) and none of them have strong blow dryers like these ones! They always have great deals on dog food and treats! This is my go to place!

Will at the Precinct location was the best. His level of customer service is 10 stars. The dog food I get was out of stock and the next shipment was next day but he knew I needed to feed my babies and provided a discount on a smaller size. Go Will!
