Petsmart Jones Valley no longer allows Foregotten Felines to be in the store based on one complaint because someone got their feelings hurt being denied an application. The way Petsmart handled canecelling Foregotten Felines was pretty poor and then booting them out. I WILL NOT spend another dime with Petsmart and cancelling my auto ship of $130 a month for my dog’s food.

Brought Authority brand puppy food from there. Got home and opened it to feed my pup. The food looked totally different from the last bag that I brought. Went to exchange for a smaller bag just in case there was the same issue. I was told by the cashier that since I bought the bag in and it was opened I could not get my money back instead I had to get store credit. It wasn't my fault that their food was spoiled. I will never buy their food again.

"I’ve always enjoyed visiting the cats from Forgotten Felines at the Jones Valley location. Hearing that PetSmart corporate terminated this 20-year partnership over a communication mishap is incredibly disappointing. These volunteers work full-time jobs and still manage to save hundreds of lives. PetSmart should be supporting their efforts, not making their mission harder. I hope to see PetSmart rectify this and bring the kitties back.

Awesome store, awesome reward points system, and amazing staff! I cannot remember her name but especially woman who used to work at pet supplies plus! I used to shop there because it was closer to me but now it is shut down and I'm so glad you guys got her because she is super knowledgeable and so super sweet and helpful!

My vet was closed and due to a family emergency my dog needed 2 vaccines! Not only was this location pleasant & courteous, they were professional and moved effectively! I am truly thankful for Josie, Hope, & Sian and their availability and compassion! I’ll definitely be back and thank u for being available all days/times during the week . SADIE says thank you as well ;0)
