The PetSmart location in Hudson is a solid five-star store and one of the better pet supply shops in the area. Every time I come here, the store is clean, well organized, and easy to shop, which makes a big difference when you’re grabbing supplies for pets. The selection is excellent. Whether you’t I shopping for dog food, cat supplies, fish, reptiles, or small animals, they usually have exactly what you need in stock. Shelves are clearly labeled, and it’s easy to find both everyday essentials and specialty items without having to hunt around the store. The aisles are wide and well maintained, making the overall experience comfortable and stress free. What really stands out at this location is the staff. I took my one year old German shepherd here today. Worst service I have ever paid for! Wasted $110 on nothing ! Was told my dog was being aggressive and wouldn't let them do what they needed ! If there was an issue they should have called me right away. Three hours later they called me to come get him ! Still wet and definitely no hair was brushed off my dog as you can see in the photo this is what I brushed off him as soon was we got home ! Then was told he has a few knots behind his ears that they couldn't remove because the groomer is not there today ! Lol

Typical pet food and accessories with a long line at the checkout. Kittens, tropical fish and small mammals are for sale as well as feeder fish and bugs. Large variety of wet and dry food for dogs and cats. We searched for a dog collar and harness which we found and were pleased with the quality of both.

Second time in as many weekends we've visited to purchase fish. Both times we have had to search out for someone to help us. Making multiple attempts each time. The first visit we purchased fish, today we left because of the non-customer service again, all while employees were visible sitting in the office. Will not be back!
