Animal Kind is absolutely amazing. They are a no kill shelter, and have such a variety of cats to choose from. There are big rooms with things for the cats to play with and climb on. You can go into all of the rooms and visit for as long as you would like. We chose two that matched us and got them today. I highly reccomend Animal Kind

I originally went there for a different cat, I didn’t realize they let you meet them all when you apply. Obviously I wouldn’t miss a chance to play with cats so my fiancé and I hung around getting to know the cats and trying to get the one that we wanted to become interested in us. He never was, and we were still considering getting him until this little guy. The second I walked into his enclosure he wanted me to pet him. I fed him treats, we played a bit, he even let me pick him up and he buried his face in my arms. I watched him from afar and he didn’t act like that with anyone else. I knew then that this was my baby. It’s been a little over a month and he sleeps on my chest every night. Little guy still had some worms but those are all taken care of and he’s gaining weight. We caught 3 feral young cats. Animal kind fixed them, gave them shots and tested them for feline disease. The prices are fantastic! They took such good care of the cats and told us what they estimated their ages are - which was older than we thought.

We got our cat Luna fixed here a few years ago now Marley got fixed they did amazing excuse the photo she was knocked out here but it’s been two days and she’s doing amazing also amazing and nice staff as well

I love AnimalKind. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me with my cats and kittens. There is no other place like AK, it's a shame the so called humane societies don't follow their lead! Thank you Katrin Hecker and your amazing staff.
