I enjoy going to this store. It's not busy and I always find what I need. And it's well stocked and clean.

My dog was very uncomfortable after his last grooming. I thought it could have just been allergies. Few days after He began shedding and he’s a non shedding dog. I took him to the vet today. He has a severe bacterial infection on about 2/3 of his body. The vet said he likely picked it up from the groomer, where it was passed from another dog they groomed and the equipment wasn’t disinfected well enough afterwards (gross). He is on meds now, so I’m hoping it will kick in and make him much more comfortable. I am very disappointed. This was totally avoidable. I’m certain i will never take my dog to a groomer again. I intend on calling tomorrow to let them know, hopefully it will improve their hygiene practices. So sad cause i liked everyone and they did good work.

The grooming department is actually horrible. Had an appointment today , which I got no confirmation call on due to holiday. I showed up 15 mins late and the girl immediately told me that my dog was on her schedule, but she no longer has time for him ? Calculate this. 1:30 is normally what the dogs stay for a haircut. Meaning my dog still had a time slot for 1:10 mins. But the girl that was literally just sitting there, states she “No longer has room on her schedule for him.” Maybe a courtesy call to see where people are at would be helpful. But she waited at that counter to tell us she had no time. I made an appointment elsewhere. $190+ tip going somewhere else. Will NEVER be back.

Customer Service just rude and unprofessional, not wanting to answer my questions on the phone and just telling me to come into the store when the whole reason I called was because I couldn’t come into the store. Talking over me, and blatantly hung up on me before I could finish my sentence. Overall horrible experience.

I took my dog here to get groomed 3 times & the first 2 were awesome but this 3rd experience was horrible. I wish I remembered the name of the groomer but I don’t unfortunately. Desiree is awesome! No complaints for her or the groomer prior to her but this new one was a disaster, apparently he “wasn’t good for the dryer” which wasn’t brought to my attention until I got there & also wasn’t an issue the previous two times. I explained my frustrations at the store to Amy and her suggestion was to “brush him out” as he’s very curly ( if not blow dryed ) To pick up my dog looking the same way he got dropped off is ridiculous.. then to expect me to pay for the service I CLEARLY was dissatisfied with is even crazier.
