Went to the grooming salon , had an appointment set for 11:30.. my dog wasn’t ready until nearly 5:00 pm. i called at around 3 and they said they had only bathed her and that they just needed to give her a haircut. spoke to Eric on the phone and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. came to pick up my sweet girl and her haircut was absolutely chopped. her spine hair was too long and i could see exactly where they made the cuts to her hair. for a $110 service it was NOT worth the price at all. also do not recommend the Furminator option at all. literally picked up my dog and as soon as i out her down i had hair all over me. i believe my dogs groomer was named Hailey. she was nice enough but i really don’t recomend her for your dogs hair cut !!

I have previously received excellent service at Petsmart for my dog. Yesterday I had a terrible experience. My dog had been outside with the warm weather. She had rolled in the grass and dirt. I jokingly told the groomer she needed a "Makeover." I ordered the complete pampering package to have her properly cleaned. I dropped her off at 3:00 for grooming. I went back to my car to leave at about 3:07. The groomer was just getting the leash on her. My phone rang at 3:23 saying the service was complete and she was ready to go. I thought it was a joke and they just had a question. I went back to Petsmart. The groomer actually tried to tell me my dog had a deodorizing, conditioning bath, blow dry, ears cleaned, teeth brushed , nails clipped and grinded, in the space of 10-12 minutes! I

Waited 40 minutes for a pick up order (1 item on the order). I offered to grab the item myself, but was told to step aside. After a 30 minute wait I requested to speak to a Manager. The manager never came out. Speaks volumes of the service onsite. Once more, should’ve trusted the reviews on here!

I run a small rescue. This place is HELL on earth for animals. Please stop shopping here. It enables the cycle of these animals suffering. *Leopard gecko with no tail should be quarantined with no substrate & treated. Severe infection setting in. When brought to employees attention I was told "He is in quarantine, he's the only gecko in that cage." No he's not. There's another one with an eye infection stuck closed. Got photos. That's not how you quarantine a reptile, either. *Plecostomus fish being eaten ALIVE by bala and red finned sharks. Who thought it would be okay to put them together??? *Count of 5 dead Betta fish on the shelf. 6 more near death in green algae covered water. They don't change the water OR FEED the bettas because it 'makes the water dirty.' I have a list of other thi

Every time I take meme and demon here I love how they come out looking. They always have there little bows and Bandanas. And every time I schedule my appointments I love how they work with me when life be lifing!
