Dr. Carpenter, partners, and staff are caring, dependable and very easy to work with. We’ve used their services for over 30 years and through several lifespans of our animals. They’ve been with us through puppies, growing animals, aging sick animals and their passing. I’m thankful to be able to rely on their services.

They truly care about your animals. Prices are very reasonable and appointments are smooth and you rarely have to wait very long. We have a difficult large dog, and they are so good with her and making sure they accommodate her and keep her comfortable. It sure makes things easier for us as the owners. I Wouldn’t take my fur babies anywhere else!

I went in to put my 17yr old pup down 🥹 Adrian is sooo sweet, she asked me a lot of questions 😇 Come to find out I didn’t have to put my pup down we just put her on meds for her arthritis ♥️ The doc,cook is an amazing man as well,he was sweet and talked to me like he cared 😇 Both Adrian n cook are very nice ,talk to you with compassion, and kindness, it’s like your pet is there pet 😇, they both want what’s best And putting my pup down wasn’t what was best 😇 Also I told Adrian, my pup has bitten once before, and I believe it was the doc’s fault , so Adrian slowly walked up to me and my pup talked to her(my pup) then pet her and when bootz(my pup) felt comfortable Adrian took her 😇♥️♥️ that part I will stick with these 2 , I promise , these two are amazing, I could go on n on So yes I Highl

Dr. Cook is the best. He knows me and Xander so well. He takes care of Xander like he’s his own. And it’s always nice to hear that the techs wanna come out and see Xander and see me. Thank you, Daniel for loving us

I love the techs and doctors, they are kind and considerate. They have always taken great care with my amicable. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats! I highly recommend Hiram Animal Clinic!
