I had a great experience yesterday and want to give a shout out to Kyanna who was so kind and encouraging. I lost my dog clicker and I went in to find one but they were sold out. Kyanna gave me two of her own so I’d have something to use. My dog is clicker trained and loves the beach but I’m not comfortable taking her without the clicker. It was a beautiful day and we got to enjoy it! I also love the fact that they have tons of different food choices. My pets are picky; one day they love something; the next day they turn their noses up. So I always find new things to add and don’t run out. They are also having a treat sale and my dog got to sniff all of them and came home with enough to last the entire year!

I recently took my doodle mix to the PetSmart grooming salon on Hilton Head Island for an urgent haircut, as I couldn’t get him into our usual professional grooming spot quickly enough. What a huge mistake—this turned out to be the worst grooming experience we’ve ever had. My dog had some knots around his ears, and the groomer clearly dug in way too aggressively. When he was pick up he shook his ears and blood started pouring out! The next day, he was in obvious pain, and we took him to the vet where we discovered huge sores from deep cuts on his ears. He’s now on medication to heal, and while his ears are slowly improving, it’s been heartbreaking watching him in so much discomfort—he’s been whining and shaking his head non-stop. This review is for pet smart grooming. All the staff has been so sweet but Julia is our favorite. I have a 5 year old Siberian Husky that has quite the coat. She is always so friendly and does the BEST job. He has minimal shedding after his appointments. He leaves a happy boy!

We had a great experience! I just got a 8month old Goldendoodle who we named Yeti. She had a lot of long hair that was beautiful but to many mats to get out so I opted to shave her and start anew. The staff was so friendly & showed Yeti so much love. Ally did her grooming & did a great job & even gave Yeti her own stuffed Yeti to take home which she loves & is very protective of from our other pups. The staff also helped me make her tag & find a few other big puppy essentials. I definitely would recommend the store, staff, & groomers! Thank you guys!

UPDATE - July 7. 2025 - Handsome Sammy is spending the night away and he was just about to spoil as far as smell goes. When you get a little bad scent hit through the nose, it takes him less than one day to smell like something completely spoiled. Could not allow him to spend the night at someone's home in the smell condition. Dropped him off about 9:50, received call that he was ready to be picked up 11:00. The drop off time is not 10 minutes early, unfortunately 20 minutes late. Great job in the grooming area as he strolled in with no issue. He loves the young lady working at the register today. We look for her when she is in the grooming area. As always, picked up a few snacks and cleaned up urine. A normal day for us at PetSmart. Always enjoy taking my boy SammyDog to PetSmart. He lo
