Couldn’t recommend their grooming services more. Eli did an outstanding job with Olive (and gave her the perfect doggy mohawk.) They were incredibly professional as were the other employees I spoke to that day! Very happy returning customers! :)

Makaylah is THE BEST! She did an amazing job grooming my dog, Buddy. Buddy has never liked being groomed at other salons, but left this PetSmart tail-wagging! All of the lovely groomers that this location were so kind and friendly, and really went above and beyond for us. We will definitely be coming back!!

Very disappointed. I’ve been a loyal PetSmart customer for many years, always happy with their products and grooming services—until now. About six months ago, I purchased a Top Fin 29-gallon Starter Kit Aquarium, which I really enjoyed. Recently, the LED light bulb in the lid stopped working, so I went to the store to ask about a replacement. I was told they don’t sell replacement parts and to contact customer service. Customer service then told me that PetSmart doesn’t provide replacement parts and that they only replace the product within 60 days of purchase. After that, they said to contact the manufacturer. The problem is, the manufacturer’s website clearly says Top Fin products are sold exclusively through PetSmart, and any issues should be handled by PetSmart. It’s frustrating tha

We've even signed up for training, also. I just can't thank these people enough. We will Never go anywhere else for our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel's needs ❤️ 💙 💜 💖 💗 ❤️ 💙 💜 💖 💗 He's 4 months old. The professional groomers are extraordinarily talented, attentive, and caring. My cavalier strains at the leash to greet the groomers!!
