The worst grooming ever. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Pictures don’t lie. What were they thinking?! 🤨Almost funny except I have to pay to take him somewhere else to fix it. 😅 Not to mention the completely subpar customer service. I called in to make an appointment in Grooming and I asked for the package “Bath and Full Haircut”. The person made the appointment and then after I dropped him off said they do not have time to do the full haircut but could do a “Bath and Trim” for $72 which is not even listed on the website. When I asked what the package included, it matched the services in the “Bath and Brush” package but they were going to charge much more. 🤔I conceded and got the “Bath and Brush”. Now I’ll have to pay again to get the haircut, which of course means I have to pay for the bath again because it’s base

Ashlynn did an amazing job on our little Akiva!!! Took her time with her to make her first grooming experience comfortable and relaxed! Plus! She looks even more adorable now! (Akiva is a dachshund wiredhair mix)

These are the most pathetic crickets we have ever bought to date. I sent my kids in with 1.75 and they came to me claiming these were medium sized crickets!! We have been buying crickets there for almost 3 years now! This is not what I have been given in the past! The staff was not accommodating to my concerns about this not being right! He said we have smaller ones for smalls ! 🥹🤣 My lizard may need a microscope to see anything smaller!! Will no be returning for anything further cat, dog, or lizard! So So…. Small!

Friendly service. Have lots of stuff. But they don't carry very many sweaters or coats for animals when it gets really cold outside. Nothing really to write home about. But other than that, it's a normal PetSmart and the people were friendly

I took my cat, Simon, to get his nails trimmed and his ears cleaned. Ashlynn was wonderful. Very sweet and kind and gentle with him, and patient with me. Thank you!
