I adopted my cat here five years ago and I'm forever grateful to the employees that helped make that possible. I remember they didn't have any cats when I first stopped by, but a cashier offered to call me if the rescue brought any more in. It was the Saturday right after Christmas and they still found time to call me later that day. I owe a lot to that small act of kindness that let me meet my best friend. I've visited this store since then and their staff have always been welcoming and kind. This will always be my favorite PetSmart. Thank you from me and Pickles ❤️

After having awful experiences at other grooming locations in Glen Burnie, I finally found my favorite groomer. I hope I’m pronouncing her name right ,Laura because she truly deserves all the praise. She is incredibly kind, polite, patient, and professional. This is honestly the first time in 11 years that someone actually knew how to groom my dog properly. She did a fantastic job . I absolutely love the cut, the details, everything. My dog looked amazing and was clearly comfortable and happy. I am so grateful to have found her and will never go anywhere else. I came in here to get some neon tetras, and I was charged something else by mistake. I caught it and went back in and Sherri at the register was very helpful understanding very fast and super friendly!! We all make mistakes so it happens. I understand but the important part is how we fix things and move forward. Thank you so much, Sherri. I appreciate you and your crew!!!

They have pet supplies, a grooming salon, and a veterinary center. Everything under one roof. The veterinary services are basic. They do shots, wellness exams, x-rays, and teeth cleaning. They refer you out for the rest. But it is nice to have access to your pet's medical records nationwide. It makes the continuum of care very easy as far as shot records go. I have used their grooming salon several times now. Prices are reasonable and I found a groomer that I really like. My pet's really like being able to go into a store and look around. Overall it is a pleasant and convenient place to do business.

I thought my dog was in good hands with the groomer. After talking with a couple of other people, we had the same issue. My furbaby went in full of fur and came out shaved with almost no hair. The before and after.
