PetSmart

These poor cats are not being taken care of 💔 I mentioned to the cashier that the cats have mold in their water and multiple piles of poop in their cages. She said that petsmart is not responsible for taking care of these animals and that the Hancock adoption center is responsible for taking care of the cats. It was really depressing to see the neglect of these cats verses the section of cats petsmart is responsible for. These cats are not happy. The cages smell terrible. 💔 The cats do not have clean water to drink and their litter boxes are a mess.

Great to take our new baby Rottie in. She got to pick her own toys. They had everything we needed.

I normally love coming here but Brittany acted like she didn't want to be there, and it was an inconvenience that I came in for pet supplies. She had an attitude the entire time she rang me up and acted like I was wasting her time. I hope management sees this cause you need to get rid of that one

Took our golden doodle here for grooming. I asked for a teddy bear cut for his face, even showed a picture. This is what he looked like when I picked him up. Enough said.

Love love love them. Everyone there is super friendly! All the groomers know what they are doing and know exactly what I am asking for. The staff is knowledgeable about products and pets. A very welcoming and friendly environment.
