Arlo absolutely loves his vet! We wouldnt change them for the world! I HIGHLY recommend this vet to absolutely everyone. They go above and beyond for our fur babies and the staff is incredible. This was arlo this past december when he met Santa Clause!

They are by far the most compassionate and caring vet I’ve ever been to. Not only once but twice did they fit me in on a moments notice. No questions asked they made time to see two of my pets. I never thought I would be leaving a review like this, but our past year here has been riddled with problems and I believe something needs to be addressed. All of our animals have been seen at this location for going on 7 years or so, and beginning early this year, we have encountered problem after problem, misdiagnoses, and ultimately an extreme incident of what I can only believe is negligence. To begin, early this year during a dental extraction, a cat of mine had her operation canceled due to a potential finding of a cancerous mass. After asking multiple times if there was a chance this mass could be anything but cancer, I was assured with 99% accuracy this mass had to be cancerous and my cat was sent home on hospice care after being told doing a biopsy would cause more harm and ulti

From the time I called and mentioned about my concern of my newly adopted puppy, I already felt their professionalism, care and a sense of trust. They treated my puppy like their own with love and comfort. Needless to say I will be entrusting the care of my puppy to Northwood Hills Animal Hospital.
