PetSmart Grooming

Most of the staff there is nice and helpful. The cashier Irene however is the rudest person to have to deal with. When I come in I price check with items from PetSmart online. When I get to the cashier I always inform them of this so as each item is rung up we can change the price if needed. This woman always gets an attitude about it. I have spoken to a male supervisor about it and he even removed her from the line a few weeks ago due to her behavior. Well today was no better. She acts like she hates her job. As soon as you get to her line she puffs and makes rude noises. You have to ask if you have any point and her tone of no you don’t! is beyond rude. Took my newly adopted cat in for grooming and nail trim. Attendant, Christine, was very nice and helpful. Made my cat comfortable and no stress. Already have next appointment scheduled! Very pleased.
